The Kingfisher! An Arcimboldo exercise

Hi! This was a first-year assignment! First Photoshop exercise and first time even touching Photoshop for me!
The assignment was to recreate an animal based on any chosen reference, using only patches (with similar textures and colors) from the vegetables board. The exercise was meant for us to practice using masks and selection tools, eventually some minor color correcting!
